Bürgel NAV offers the possibility to retrieve and store reports and make further use of the data directly from the ERP system. The retrieved data is stored in the form of a Bürgel file to which every contact, debtor and creditor in Microsoft Dynamics NAV is allocated. This way data can selectively be transferred to the CRM module of Microsoft Dynamics.

The Bürgel file is an electronic file in which all subject-related information is centrally collected and chronologically displayed in an overview. All appearances are user-friendly and individually filterable and adjustable.
