As a NetConnect web customer you inform us online on your experience with your customer regarding his general payment behavior on the basis of the total claims.
In addition to general details on your customer, e.g. average annual turnover and granted credit limit, you also have the possibility to provide Bürgel with information regarding the payment behavior of this customer (e.g. whether the customer pays under cash discount or with delays). Moreover you can inform us on already instituted measures for the enforcement of claims against this customer, e.g. whether you have already commenced legal dunning proceedings or have obtained a title, for which you have now proceeded to the law enforcement.
The analysis of manifold single supplier details enables Bürgel to gain insight into the general payment behavior of companies. These up-to-date findings are used by our experienced research staff and supportively flow in the solvency evaluation of a company.
