You stipulate surveillance period during which addresses that could not be traced, are subjected to a regular investigation. The surveillance period can be fixed from case to case, for up to 30 years. The person sought is integrated in our monitoring database. We compare these date permanently with our extensive stocks of data and external relocation and address databases (approx. 40 million persons). Due to continuous changes in registration details and consumption behaviour of debtors we are able to trace some of the persons sought.

As soon as we have been able to generate new addresses of the persons sought, we check the results individually for feasibility and apply the deliverability test. In case of success, i.e. only upon the supply of a new address that has been checked for deliverability, are costs payable. The actual process of long-term monitoring is free of charge for you. We also inform you upon expiry of the permanent monitoring period at no extra charge.
