In case of a return debit note during the electronic direct debiting service (ELV), only the bank connection data is known to you and cost-intensive and time-consuming measures must often be taken to recover the claim. This is where Bürgel comes in. In cooperation with external partners the address research is conducted in a stepwise process. Due to the automated debtor research (Address Finder) you receive the data that is necessary to realize the claim quicker and more favorable than by a bank inquiry. In addition, Bürgel enriches the address by any existing significant negative data, such as declarations in lieu of an oath, warrants for arrest and insolvency proceedings and also furnishes deviating up-to-date addresses, if available in the Bürgel database.
