Competence of service and high quality are typical factors for the success of BÜRGEL. The management at the head office in Hamburg manages the BÜRGEL group with expert knowledge and market-economical competence and governs the company with the aim of maximising the customers’ benefits.
Rolf Pries has been a managing director of Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG since 1990. He significantly participated in the foundation and development of BÜRGEL as a subsidiary of Euler Hermes.
The trained business manager began his career at OTTO Versand in the field of material handling and storage technology. In 1978 Rolf Pries changed to the organisation sector at Hermes and was occupied among other things with operational and organisation structures. After his changeover to data processing Rolf Pries was particularly responsible for the foundation of Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG, and has been the managing director ever since.
Dr. Norbert Sellin has been a managing director of Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG since July 2006.
His career led the Doctor of Social Sciences from a scientific occupation in international educational research via different positions in sales and marketing at OTTO Versand (1988-2001) in the following years to the director of Hermes General Service GmbH, Hamburg (2001 – 2002), Schober Direct Media GmbH + Co. KG, Ditzingen (2001 – 2005) and finally of EOS Information Services GmbH, Hamburg (2004 – 2006).
Dr. Norbert Sellin lives in Hamburg with his family.
Stefan Duncker has been a managing director of the Bürgel Wirtschaftsinformationen GmbH & Co. KG since January 2010.
His career as a qualified banker began with various activities in sales and marketing with the OTTO Versand (mail order company) (1998-2007). In 2007 Stefan Duncker moved to the KG EOS Holding GmbH & Co., built up the corporate investment management for Germany there and was responsible for implementing the legal services laws in the German claims management company of the EOS Group. From 2008 – 2009 he was managing director of the administration company EOS Payment GmbH, followed by the change to Bürgel in 2009. Stefan Duncker is a person qualified for debt collection in accordance with the legal services laws.
Stefan Duncker lives with his family in the south of Hamburg.
